If you're referring to what I assume you're referring to, then presumably they would label those practices "inclusive" or "diversity-enhancing" rather than "discriminatory." :mad:

Indeed. Although, it would be nice if they’d look at training and retention issues beyond a single, short-term memory high profile officer. That would actually be “inclusive,” though I’m not holding my breath any longer than you are.
