4th West Pub, Escalante UT, actual. Good after a day of semi-technical slot canyoning.

Pipeworks Dunkel... dark lager. Never tried it before.
I have a pizza coming that is called Cardiac Arrest... hopefully I can nurse this until the pizza shows up. It's pretty decent beer.
ETA: Pictures are fighting me... so y'all will have to wait.
Let's try this again, from a real computer:

The place is called Slackwater, a local joint in Ogden, Utah (they now have some locations in SLC and I think Provo). They have a large variety of pizza, sandwiches, and salads. That black menu is just their beer menu (300+), which is fairly impressive for Utah. We hadn't been there before, but I think we'll be going back. I don't really like pizza, but I liked theirs.
@Clusterfrack -- Tie in with the shithole cities thread: Ogden used to be pretty rough downtown. 20 years ago, I would not have figured that today Ogden would have a decent "foodie" scene, and as much variety of restaurants downtown. There are still many rough areas, but the city has actually done a lot of anti-gang work, and IMHO has done well with revitalizing their town.
Their taplist looks awesome. Sadly (or maybe not) the DoD contract that took me to Philly is more than a decade in the past.

Urban Growler Brewing St Paul MN
“Tornado Drill” IPA 7.2% abv
An English style IPA with simcoe & bergamot hops.
It’s sort of the anti Bud Light; a distinctive, flavorful ale brewed by unpretentious middle-aged lesbians who really only care about the quality of the beer. This one is worth seeking out- it mines the same vein as say, Sierra Nevada Torpedo, but with a far more subtle application of hops. I’m a big fan of the black tea/bergamot flavor space in ipa recipes.

Their taproom allows dogs, which is fairly awesome.
They also make a Cleveland style cream ale called “More Cowbell” that sets the standard, as far as I am concerned.
It’s also worth the search if you like that style.
Early summer vacation this year, to Costa Rica. The beers I could find were lighter than I prefer, mostly lagers. I think Toucan was a malty amber I liked the best but didn't get a pic. View from our balcony with Manuel Antonio nation park in the background.
