Mainly for @Mr_White - is there a different time standard guideline for people who engage with a DA trigger pull for the first round? I have seen a credit at times for drawing from a concealed starting position.

I’m not Gabe, but I wouldn’t give any extra time for TDA. I personally don’t think TDA is inferior to striker fired. I agree with adjusting time for certain holsters, but not for TDA.
I thought Gabe gave a .25 addition so you have time to cock the hammer.
I also forgot to say that in my testing, Turbo Pins have been won by shooters with a few different guns/triggers: HK LEM (expert hybrid match), stock Gen3 Glock 34, and Beretta 92A1 (Langdonized.)
I wouldn't give TDA credit for a different first shot time. It doesn't have to be slower. It has to be manipulated with a steeper application of pressure to the trigger.
As a Striker Guy now competing with a TDA, I'll support Gabe's point. First shot definitely doesn't have to be slower. In fact, finally I'm at the point, after quite a bit of work, where I would rather take a hard shot with my Shadow 2 in DA than with a Glock 34.
