Didn't get to go shooting, so did more dry fire at the office.

Holster OWB Raven Phantom + OWB mag (with dry fire laser), at 4 o'clock and 8 o'clock. All at 9yrds

Draw from closed front concealment:
1.4s to 1.9s, average at 1.67s.
1.7s to very high probability on 3x5
1.5s to very high probability "down zero" on IDPA target

Reload, from concealment:
1,98s to 2.87s, average time was 2.37s for high probability "down zero" on IDPA target

Interesting observation: compared my reload times with a mag well gun, the average times are only slightly faster, with the non-mag funnel gun having a roughly 10-20% botched reload rate that cost 0.1 to 0.2s depending on just how botched it was.

And the android app shot timer is highly recommended. Set the db sensitivity to 45ish, the echo to 0.3s and you can measure reaction time, time to clear leather (well, plastic in this case), and time to on target (I'm really digging my dry fire laser - tremendous help in diagnostics).

Good report, Bill. Dry fire better than no fire. Today's fire mission for me involved J-frame and crimson trace on a door knob, and chasing and exercising my cat with the laser.
