Suitable punishment in my eyes: clap him in stocks for people to walk past so they can either punch him in the face or kick him in the 'nads. Looks like my vindictiveness is showing again.

If you wanted to get all Puritan, you'd keep stocks in airport jetways for anybody who delayed a flight. ;)
