That is a damn nicely fitted barrel to the slide stop. That's all but perfect, right there.

I'll get the bore scope out, but a quick look shows TLG is missing the first 1/3 of the rifling in his barrel :cool:

Is there any change in the dimensional relationship between the top of the ejector, and say the bottom of the slide rail? Across the whole plane? Is the ejector still pretty solid?

ETA: Is it a solid pin or a roll pin?

Are you asking if the ejector major axis is parallel with the frame rails?

No. The cases originally each had one pistol "side" and the other was molded for a crappy plastic holster & mag pouch. I rearranged things in case I wanted to use of the case for both pistols.
