I sent Rich a couple of emails recently that went unanswered. Typically he replied in 48 hours. Anybody has communicated with him lately?

I received a holster from CCC last month and spoke with Rich just before he shipped. Because of their current workload he apologized for the delay and sent me a mag pouch for free. I would try calling him.

Talked with Rich on Tuesday for about 15 mins. He's super busy as you can imagine but talked me through all my questions like a pro. Leave him a vm and be patient.
