I escaped from NYC when I was 17.... some years ago :o
The only good thing that's happened there since then is Rudy Giuliani and the '86 Mets.

The next Mayor of NY could possibly be Anthony Wiener and the next Comptroller will be either a former Madam or her former client, the former Governor.
If I wrote that storyline as a book and tried to publish it as non-fiction, I'd get run out of town on an ICBM.
