Sign in twice?

Just curious.
Lately whenever I sign in, the forum comes up with "invalid redirect". I sign in again, and everything is fine.
This is a minor annoyance, but I thought I'd bring it up in case something needed fixing.

Chrome, which is the only variable in common on any machine I'm using.

Negative. Desktops at work and home, and Toughbook that travels.
