P30 w\ Heinie - One handed slide manipulations

I love the Heinie sight picture and POI - but they suck for racking the slide.

Has anyone found a good alternate that allows a 6:00 site picture? I really wish they would make a Ledge model for the P30.

I might switch over to the Trij HD's.

Looking for other opinions and ideas.

If you like the sights, just have a smith mill a ledge in to the rear sight. Standby for a link to someone else that did it, here.

I use the Heinies with my P30LS, and rack the slide with friction from the top of the slide, as I have grip tape placed there, similar to how serrations at the top of the slide are being used here:

Bear in mind that I have no formal one-handed manipulation training, but I have been able to clear issues like double-feeds weak hand only during dry practice.
