I'm tempted by 20 round translucent mags. Anyone have feedback on how these run?

I have a couple 30 rounders. They work fine for me.

I like the idea of them, they have worked well for me in the past. Cool enough to spend a little extra over GI mags.

I've been using them for a while. They work fine. I just ordered 3 more...

I've actually done probably the majority of my AR shooting for the past year or so with the 20 rounder AWM. No problems at all, even running Silver or Brown Bear ammo.

I had problems with mine at a Defoor Carbine class a few years ago at USTC. In the prone, sand found itself into the magazine via the small drain hole on the mag's baseplate, inhibiting the follower.

I switched to PMAGs and ARCs for the remainder of the class without further incident.

The drain hole is now gone (and isn't on mine) - after (really because of) your issues.
