The dates for the BHPC IDPA season are as follows:

4-28
5-26
6-23
7-28
8-25
9-22
10-27 - Halloween Match
11-24 Week Before Thanksgiving.

We will probably be running our classifier in June or July.

Staring in June we will be bumping up our guns hot time to 9am.

April and May times will follow the 2012 model

Our 2013 season opening matches are fast upon us. USPSA starts this Sunday and our IDPA match will be on Sunday the 28th.


If you've forgotten where the range is, we are located on the west side of RT63, south of US20, across from the John Deere Implement.


For IDPA we will be shooting a full eight stages but are keeping the minimum round count down to approximately 70rds due to the ammo shortages.

USPSA matches are on the 2nd Sunday of the month. Typical times are:

8am Final set-up, registration starts at 9, walk through at 10 and hammer down soon after.

New shooters regester for free, otherwise $15.

The range doesn't have a usable physical address but THIS MAP (http://www.blackhawkpistol.org/map) on the club's web page (http://www.blackhawkpistol.org/)is pretty accurate. The John Deere Implement is just across the street and their address is 2415 Sergeant Road, Waterloo, IA 50701


If you decide to come out and shoot a match let me know ahead of time, I'll pick up lunch for ya' afterwards. It's a long ride from Sioux from here.
