Reflex issues

I bought and shot with a reflex sight on my beretta neos today. About ten yards and in it was pretty dead on when I had it zeroed. Anything further than that and it was all over the place. I have no previous experience with optics of this kind so any advice would be great.

May want to have someone else shoot and check if it's you or the sight.
