Upon further consideration of the Bill of Rights:

- Anything you wish to express either verbally or in writing must be submitted to a panel of politicians so that it can be determined whether or not you "need" to express it.

- In order to reduce defense spending, each American family will now house a Soldier, Sailor, Airman, or Marine. We'll let you choose which branch of service you get.

- You don't really "need" any privacy now do you...

- Confession is good for the soul (and due process is really inefficient anyway)

- Who "needs" a lawyer if accused of a crime? You'll do fine, and we promise to get to your case as soon as possible and let you confront the witnesses against you if we think you "need" to do so.

- It may be cruel, but if we do it enough it won't be unusual... Oh, and that whole bail thing, well...

- Any right worth having was worth enumerating.

- Any power not enumerated to the federal government was simply an oversight.

Nice one. Mind if I borrow it for future "debates" with the antis?
