These laws have real teeth by obligating the Attorney General of the state to defend a citizen against the Federal charges. Still, you would be up against the Federal Government in Federal Court which is never a picnic.

Now, if Jersey can just be influenced by this enough to just keep our current laws static, I can shed a sigh of relief.

Dude;

These Yahoos in NJ don't care what others are doing. The only influence will be correspondence from the Taxpayers. I have 2 emails already in to my reps and will be sending a 3rd shortly. 2 emails and written letter to our Federal Reps. Of course Lautenberg and Menendez are lost causes but I send correspondence anyway
