Gotta MMQB this. :)

1) She didn't use cover.
2) Nowhere did I see a spare mag on her. I looked (multiple times.)
3) She was wearing stupid looking shoes.

She should have emptied it center mass. I like this but fear it fuels the misconception that pointing a gun @ someone or racking a pump shotgun will "scare them off". I've taught my wife that if you point a weapon @ someone you be better go to slidelock shortly thereafter.

Lucky the perp telegraphed his intentions, giving her plenty of time to go to the bedroom and get the gun out of the safe under the bed.
Attractive young woman living alone ought to have it strapped to her at all times.
While I appreciate trigger discipline, once wood starts splintering and the door flys open it's time to get the booger hook on the bang button.

Shoes? She was wearing shoes?

Yeah. Most the women I've known who were in for the evening would have been wearing less.

Honestly where's the problem. I thought the point of the gun was getting them to stop. Well, he stopped prior to ventilation. I've pointed a gun at someone twice as a civilian. Instant attitude adjustment.

As much as I recognize the threat posed by determined armed assailants, and as much as I enjoy training for them, this probably mimics the majority of defensive gun uses pretty closely other than the whole passing out thing.

The only time the booger hook goes on the bang button is when you've made the decision to shoot.

In my defense, I'm hopeless & geeky, so her being hot doesn't mean much to me.

It's not like she'd look at me except over her sights.

She doesn't appear to be stuck up. If Katy Perry can hook up with Russel Brand...

Hope is an illusion.
Hope just means you don't accept failure.
Hope is how you get hurt...

Don't mind me. I'm disenchanted, and have minimal social skills.

So like I said, she's hot but that doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things to me.

What a sweet girl! It's marketing so allowances are allowed. Effective. If Glock could run that on the networks as often as the Mayhem commercials . . .

:) When a man hits his late '50's, it's time to come to grips with the fact that he's more a Grandpa than a Romeo. Just being realistic is all. While I can appreciate her obvious assets, I'm certain I'm more than twice her age. :) I'll let you young bucks scrap over her.

Besides, my curmudgeon card demanded that I MMQB the situation. :)

Nah, it just sorta morphed into a "HEAT" favorite quote thread in which Tam informs us that she can't pick one favorite. :)
