Sometimes, news, politics, arguing on gun forums, and the like are just a little too much. Then it's time to head outside and enjoy life. Did a little scouting, taking advantage of the recent snow fall. Sat under a walnut tree until the sun was fully down, saw some deer. No 'yotes tonight. Double

Bonus points for identifying the tracks. LL, you can sit this round out. Double extra credit if you can tell which direction the predator tracks are headed.

The liger is heading north according to the 5th photo, and the deer in the 4th is heading south. The 1st photo makes it look like a pack is heading east-northeast.

So, did you have a scout rifle for this scouting adventure? :D

ETA: The deer track looks like it's a day old.
