This is old news, but I finally got around to taking picture.
In 2010, I bought about 20K of Federal AE, 15K of which was 124g. I had (guessing) 50-75 rounds in that batch of 15K that were unusable. The folded case mouth rounds locked up my Glock pretty tight, I usually had to remove the extractor to unlock the gun. Here's a picture of some problematic rounds.
