Grievance 1: how many AR lowers must I assemble before I stop launching the front takedown pin detent into oblivion? It's not like I don't stick a dowel through the opposite end to capture the detent and push the pin through on the secondary attempt every time. Then I always say, next time, I'll do it right the first time.

Logic has no place here. I always tell myself, next time, I'll find the dowel to hold the detent in place before I start assembling the lower. Every single next time, I'm crawling around beige carpet looking for a detent.
