Bad guy wounds 3 before the good guys smoked him. Article here. (http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/12/15/gunman-wounds-3-at-alabama-hospital-before-being-fatally-shot-police-say/)

Authorities in Alabama say a man opened fire in a hospital, wounding an officer and two employees before he was fatally shot by police.

EDIT: Changed thread title due to Tam's awesome vocabulary and adding additional shootings post-CT.

Festive. Waiting for details.

(...and waiting for more evidence of the Werther effect (http://twowheeledmadwoman.blogspot.com/2012/12/the-gun-didnt-do-it-but-camera-might.html).)

I don't think it qualifies but we had some wingnut shoot and kill a lady and himself (http://www.lvrj.com/news/man-dead-woman-critically-injured-in-shooting-at-excalibur-183608761.html) at the Excalibur last night. We don't often get shootings on the Strip but it does happen.

"Ban 'em!" will be the cry.

And more momentum is gained...

Thanks for the link to the SAF in your post. I was previously only a member of the NRA.

Obviously we need laws banning this sort of thing. Right?

If only someone had thought of that already... A couple more mall shootings and there'll be a lot more online shopping this holiday season.
