Somehow I'm not surprised.

Which is a shame, because the actual providers I've had with the VA have been awesome. My doctor, nurses, and lab techs I've dealt with have been some of the best healthcare providers I've ever had....my experiences with admin is the opposite. They still haven't paid for my appendectomy I had in June.....they're not denying payment, they just aren't doing anything. The VA administration side of the house needs to be purged in a Stalin-ish fashion.
