Have bought numerous optics and Sig things from them for a number of years, and they are excellent to deal with.

Yes.

Have purchased numerous items from them over the years.

They have several brick and mortar stores in the vicinity of military bases.

They are also one of two authorized vendors for the DHS SKU P320 for our personally owned weapon program.

They started as Quantico Tactical and still are. They spun off Proven Arms for civilian and LE sales. Quantico Tactical is mainly military sales now. They are definately a legit business.

I and several other people at my office have ordered handguns from Proven Outfitters with absolutely no issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them. In fact, I’m waiting for a particular gun to come back in stock so I can order it.
