I figured there is a good possibility that some folks here have a decent amount of personal experience with different blade types(tanto, drop-point, clip-point etc...) and their respective uses. I am going to be purchasing soon and was wondering the advantages/disadvantages for some of the different blade types. Also carry position's that have worked for you, especially those of you that have been through ECQC and similar training. As of now I am pretty open, but it seems that a fixed blade carried just off the center-line and a folder as a back up will be the way to go.
