Every morning I get on ammoseek.com and look for 75 grain Gold Dot .223 and there hasn't been any for months. I just found it on luckyammostore.com for 97 cents a round with a bunch in stock, but it doesn't come up on ammoseek. I'm not finding anything on line that definitively says they are or aren't legit. Anyone know?

The address they have listed on the website is not a valid address. They are based in FL but the 2A Group, LLC they say they are owned by is based in NM. A search of the BBB web site for their phone number give the right business name but a nonexistent Tampa address.

The Content creator and lead instructor is listed as Stephany Wayne on the header of the about us, but the text says her name is Lizzy Mills. She is listed as a Rangemaster certified instructor.

I would not be comfortable ordering from them, unless I knew someone who has ordered from them before.

With payment options limited to Zelle, CashApp, and Paypal, alarm bells sound in my head. If they won't/don't take plastic, that, to me, is a HUGE red flag.

There are better, more reputable, places to buy.

I Google mapped the address and it was in an open field so I kind of figured it wasn't on the up and up. I thought the pricing structure was weird but the cost of the Gold Dot was in line with the last stuff I bought. Oh well. Guess I'll keep looking.

That was amusing. I emailed sgammo to see if they ever get Gold Dot .223 and he said he hasn't been able to get it for 2 years but he'd put me on the alert list. Not nearly as much fun as Stone had, but potentially more productive.
