Ummmm. Who in the world is this intended for. Putting this out there for awareness.
"The G-Flex is engineered with Reflex Trigger Technology that fires one round when the trigger is pulled rearward and then a second “reflex” round when the trigger is released forward. The G-Flex will provide lightning-fast split times and unmatched performance in your GLOCK firearm."

Maybe I'm missing something obvious here, but what happens if you fire one shot and then you decide you don't want to fire a second shot?

Cork in the barrel like Bugs Bunny.

And I suppose I have to pay extra for the cork? I think that is probably a deal breaker for me.

Seriously, so called “binary triggers” are the stupidest idea since bumpstocks. This is how we get government breathing down our necks.
Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

The 2nd Amendment doesn’t mean you get to have whatever stupid, dangerous toy you might want.
There’s a much stronger case for full auto to be protected, particularly under a militia argument, than for this to be protected. Of course, the only reason this exists it because full auto is basically unobtainable.

These will probably be popular with all the little gang thugs in our nation’s cities that like to be seen and heard !!!

I'm all for people doing whatever they want. Maximum freedom and all that. That said, there certainly is a time and place for companies and bad ideas to be publicly roasted. Binary triggers are a built in ND with every pull. That's just dumb as hell.

It’s for people who want to “simulate” full auto fire for mag dumping at the range. One of the other companies known for binary triggers already has one for Glocks.

I agree. Some gun owners can't operate a firearm in it's factory configuration, and those are the type of people that would purchase one of these. Paying for an accident waiting to happen, no thank you.

The gangs and the YouTubers that shoot water bottles and watermelons will, finally, have some common ground.

Probably like a Trapshooter with a release trigger when he gets a cracked bird and has to recycle.
Hold the trigger back and open the gun with the other hand. In this case, dropping the magazine.

So it’s impossible to only fire one shot?
I guess you could pin the trigger to the rear, drop the mag and attempt to elect the live round. Sounds like a simple work around to a clearly brilliant idea.
Guess it’s time to ditch my NY1 triggers.

Like a hand grenade without the pin.

On a recent range trip, the guy next to me had an AR with a binary trigger…he let me shoot it…
So—at least in that gun—there was some element of “tactile technique” required to set off the second shot. I didn’t do it right the first few times and the gun just fired normally. You sorta had to pull it back hard… then release it quick… all in one motion. Something like that? I ended up getting it to work, but I’m not sure I could replicate it from muscle memory.
It was kinda neat, I guess. But I agree… why? Seems like an unnecessary liability.
