Not without removing the the rear alignment pegs.
While mechanically inclined and equipped, I did not feel like making the modification and I ended up using the CHPWS adapter plate. I have had no issues so far through approx. 2400 rounds and more abuse than most.

Mine is direct mounted. CHPWS milled the slide and mounted the 507K.

I don't trust chpws' work or shitty plates at all.
The best solution is to buy a EPS carry, they come packaged with an adapter plate for the RMSC cut which works for all shield and slim glocks.
Another needless miss by S&W. How come Sig made the 365 so a Zero, RMSc or 507K/407K drops right on, but Smith couldn't figure this out.

I'm specifically asking about out of the box from the factory, not aftermarket milling.

See post 2 above, unless something has changed since I got mine, the Holosun won't fit without modifying the slide or using a plate.
I had Maple Leaf mill a non optics ready slide for a Holosun K, and put the RMSc on an optics ready slide. I definitely prefer the Holosun.

My bad, I wasn’t aware they came milled already.
FYI there is another Shield Plus thread where a poster mentioned that the optic ready Pluses he’s seen have an issue of not having enough adjustment range I think due to the way the slide is cut.

The Holosun EPS Carry comes with an adapter plate for Shield RMSc to Holosun K. This should work for the Shield Plus optic ready. Another interesting note is the Shield 30 Super Carry slides are cut for Holosun K and backwards compatible with Shield RMSc. I would supposed that eventually the Shield Plus 9mm will be cut that way, but the two that I have still have the rear bosses that prevent Holosun K direct mount.

Thank you for the information, but I am only interested in direct mounting; no adapter plates.

Then you’ll have to mill down the rear posts and shorten the front on a 9mm Shield Plus OR to direct mount a Holosun K sight. These guys do it for $60. https://www.namelessarms.com/product-page/m-p-shield-shield-plus-optic-ready-re-machine-for-holosun-507k-407k-eps

Please see post #6.
To clarify, direct mount to me means that I can take the pistol out of the factory box; take the optic out of its factory box, and then screw the optic onto the pistol without any milling, adapter plates, or any modification to either the optic or the pistol.
I'm not interested in any other options. I am not asking about other options.

According to the S&W website the optics ready Shield Plus has a SMS footprint. It doesn't appear that matches your criteria with a Holosun 507K.

Then the answer is, “no.”

As has been said about a half dozen times, the answer to your question is NO. A number of us are interested in options to mount a K series Holosun, so these other responses are helpful for that.

I cannot speak to the Shield Plus; however, the 4" Shield slide required machining on the recoil bosses for a 507K to be mounted.

...and yet people keep responding in the thread, somtimes with the same information that has already been posted. I've even gotten a PM with a suggestion for direct milling, which would eliminate the pistol for the intended use.
This was not a thread about how to alter the pistol or how to use an adapter plate. If you would like such a thread, please start one. Please close this thread.
