I have a primary P30 in 9 and 40, and recently got a back-up in each caliber. All went back to HK for the TG spring set-up.

As I started working with the two new P30's, I noticed neither trigger felt as good as the ones with many rounds down range. Would it be normal to expect the LEM trigger to improve with use -- as in smoother and lighter?

Much smoother and slightly lighter.

OK,help me out here. I have a 9mm P30 and was very interested in LEM. I contacted H&K and was told the LEM was not offered for the P30.

I don't think the LEM is a H&K authorized retrofit option for the P30.
If your P30 didn't come from H&K as a LEM, they won't turn it into one.

That is my understanding as well.

It can be converted with the choice of leaving the decock or having a large hole. I wouldn't recommend a conversion that is not supported by the factory.

Not to drift too far off topic, but what about an HK45C? Can you turn the DA/SA model into an LEM?

Yes, since the HK45c is based off of the USP series and doesnt have a rear-mounted decocker.

[QUOTEAll went back to HK for the TG spring set-up.[/QUOTE]

I was under the impression this was a LEM set up with a different spring configuration.
