Did I get a genuine P1?

I recently bought a used Acro P1. It looks a bit different from my other P1 that I bought new from a reputable vendor. I am attaching photos. I would appreciate any thoughts. I also emailed Aimpoint.
The known genuine Acro is mounted to the pistol. The one in question is next to it.

Looks legit to me. My P1 has the same type of battery cover/markings as well. If it's a fake they did a great job.
