I needed to contact them.

I didn't call, I'm hearing impaired (the sign language kind, not the old shooter kind) so I e-mailed... twice.

Didn't hear back until I messaged them on Instagram. Response was pretty fast on Instagram.

A week later after contacting via Instagram, they sent a response to my e-mail.
