They seem to offer 3 different choices: 223 Rem, 5.56 and 300 Blackout.

Do they not all use the same lower?

I've been getting in stock notifications from all three on a somewhat consistent basis (I stay signed up to help new guys at work source the pieces/parts they need for personal duty weapons).

Note 1 - they do not last long - about 30 mins the last time Brownells & PA had them, which was within the past two weeks.

Note 2 - PA sent out back in stock notification for BCM BCG's within the last 12 hours. I'd wager lowers are next as that's been the pattern at PA for about past 6 months.

I bought two From Brownells a couple weeks ago, so I'm familiar. And I got in on the BCG from PA last week(?). but I didn't know there was a pattern to their drops. I'll watch closer. thanks

FYI - G&R Tactical has Colt M4 rifles in stock at a non-gouge price.
You can't buy a legit/quality complete upper/lower and beat the price.
Complete Colt uppers are about $750 minimum, if you can find one, and no way you can source a complete Colt lower for $350.
