Hello,
Hey guys. I have a bunch of Pizza Guns these days. I have a 92G-SD that I have had for a long time. I also have a M9A3 and a LTT Elite.
My Factory Beretta conversion kit mounts with no problem to the 92G-SD. However, for some reason the disassembly lever won't turn on the A3 or the LTT unless you really, really force it. Any ideas? Of course, I can't find the manual so I am sure it explains.
Tips from the Berettarati?

Noticed this with my 92X also. Seems like I have to jiggle something just right and then it magically pops in. Only thing I can think is that there’s some small tolerance difference in play.

Same issue here with a late 80s frame. I just have to play with it a bit to get the recoil spring to fully seat. Once it does then it is easy to move the lever.

Funny that so many of the 92 brethren are interested in .22 these days.....
I wonder what’s driving that... /s
And I wonder where they’re getting their .22 ammo....

I just picked up the conversion kit and I'm having the same issue on my m9a3.

I think there are discussions of this issue on the Beretta USA website. I remember seeing them in the reviews of the conversion kits. Something about an X-Acto knife trimming required somewhere.
I don’t have a conversion kit yet, so I’m afraid I can’t offer any more useful information.

Yeah same issue with my 92X, I have a thread from 2 years ago where e_stern didn't think it was a problem.

In my case - my garage 😕
But yeah, .22 seems as impossible to find in the socialist pit of hell (that will soon be coming to all of you) as 9mm.

I have had it for a few years. It worked great with my 92G-SD so I was puzzled when the newer guns gave me trouble. My 92G-SD is probably just so worn out it slips on. LOL
Fortunately I have been stockpiling .22 since early in the Obama administration since these panics seem to be coming more and more often.
