This is just a quick prelim review as I have only received mine today. The holster has been mentioned here http://pistol-forum.com/showthread.php?896-AIWB-holsters-a-pictorial-guide before, pages one and two, with Josh' contact info on the second page in a post by Dr. House. The holster caught my interest and I ordered a couple, one for P30 and one for Glock 17. Texas Comfort is available on a limited basis, and I think Josh has taken P30 off the availability list. I don't know why. I ordered mine just after Christmas. .
I asked for two custom modifications. First was to trim all excess of leather from the body. Second was to make the wedge thicker, in three layers vs regular two layers. The result is here

It has been mentioned that the holster rides quite high. Comparison between TC and Shaggy, poor photo quality

Half of my Shaggies have custom attachments for a higher ride, and most of AIWB rigs I tried rode too low for me. I am quite fine with this height, the holster has good rotational stability. I think it could be made few mm lower and still have enough clearance, but it is a minor thing for me.
Wearing TC and Shaggy shirtless (I'll spare you from photos), Shaggy brings it in just a bit tighter (I am really glad I asked for a thicker wedge on TC). However, wearing both concealed, I couldn't see the difference. The external observer who knew where to look actually thought that TC concealed better. I really don't think there is practical difference, but I need to spend a bit more time with it for a final opinion.
The mold and retention are very good. I like my retention pretty tight, even in expense of a speed. On Shaggy I have it set so I have to turn the holster with a loaded gun (mag) upside down and shake it several times to dislodge the gun. The Texas Comfort has about the same amount of retention, might be just a bit lighter but not by much. I still need to shake it to drop the gun, perhaps less vigorously than with Shaggy.
There is a distinct difference in perception of resistance during the draw. TC, like most leather rigs, provides more "lingering resistance" as one pulls the gun out. The Shaggy is more like a snap, one initial resistance is overcome the gun comes out freely. I've not timed my draws yet. TC allows for much easier time with support hand only draw, which was one of my main reasons to look for a leather rig.
One good thing on the Glock TC is that it play nicely with undercut trigger guards. My G19 Shaggy that I don't own any longer had a hint of interference, and the Invictus has quite noticeable interference with aggressively undercut guards.
The work quality seems good, we'll have to see about durability.
Despite pretty notable delay, Josh was a pleasure to work with. There was never a breakdown in communications, he was very polite and, as mentioned above, receptive to my requests. I think this might be one of the best leather appendix rigs on the market.
