New pop up banner??!

Why am I now getting a infolinks pop up banner ad on the mobile version. I think I'm still a site supporter, or at least it still pops up next to my avatar.... Let me know if I need to send more money to make it go away as is makes pages load painfully slow...

Yup. Even worse, I can’t shoot it without putting a 9mm hole in my ipad. Same banner, bottom of every page.

Same. It's unique to this site. I am highly tolerant of ads on PF because I know that LL is very, very poor, and I'm a Jerry's kids kind of guy. This might push me over the edge to an adblocker, though, which means I'd have to raise the site supporter kitty.

Pop-Ups are the one form of advertising I just won't.

Came to this forum to post about the infolink pop ups that appear every time I click in a PF page only to find out I'm not the first. It's in an area that blocks a part of the page. I know PF needs advertising to make a few bones and keep running, but this is annoying. LL, can ya help us out?

Try Privacy Badger (https://privacybadger.org/)

Possibly add uBlock Origin (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm?hl=en) if you want more leverage over sites. (Leave it in default if you want basic)

Quit using Chrome, download Firefox. Stop using Google, use Duck Duck Go for a search engine. Quit giving away your personal information for free and exposing yourself to the constant onslaught. Privacy Badger and Ghostery are your friends.

I switched over to the Brave browser that LL recommended a while back. Problem solved. I’ll throw an extra shot of beer money in the pot next re-up to make up for any lost advert dollars over this. JMO.

I've got the pop up too. Bottom left corner of my screen. Legalzoom.com is showing right now. I'd be surprised if this feature is by design, but I may have to check out that Brave browser.

and.... Brave doesn't stop them either. At least Brave centers them at the bottom instead of a big box in the lower left corner. Makes it a bit more tolerable.
