Finally! Thanks Hogue. I’m not seeing availability anywhere but Hogue is listing them for direct sale on their website. I have the Kimber rubber Core grips on my K6S which are pretty sweet but these Hogue rubber Bantams look “much more better.” The Bantams are my fave carry grips for S&W K frame round.

Nice.

Looks like there's some aftermarket support for the firing pin as well.

A set pictured on my 3" DA/SA also have them on a 2" DA. Solves the web of the hand bite with 357s.

Oh, yeah, sweet! Received the new Hogue’s today and just gave them a test ride. 50 rounds of hand loaded 158gr BB over Titegroup 38SPEC and 3 cylinder fulls of factory REM 125gr SJHP 357MAG. So sweet. The grips add more of a palm swell filling my hand better and much better traction than the Kimber rubber core grips. Much more comfy with the stout REM 357MAG loads. Damn well worth the wait.

Thanks for this thread. I just ordered these Hogues, as well as the Kimber Comfort Cores tonight. That’ll make 5 sets of grips for my DC, but by golly, I AM gonna find some grips that these old arthritic can like. I’ll sell off all the rest, with the exception of the G10’s that came on it.
To ME, this revolver is just worth searching for and finding the right combo for ME. The Hogue is likely going to be it, and if I’d seen it first tonight, I wouldn’t have bought the CC’s, but hey, you never know, and it’s not like any of these are big ticket items.
As we seem to have quite a few members here with the K6, I’ll let you know how this turns out.

My set should be coming in shortly. I’m going to put them on and see if concealability is on par with the OEM grips when carried under a tshirt. That was the main driving factor behind me passing on the Control Core grips, but I’ve had good luck with the Bantam-style on other small revolvers.

No problem here with AIWB conceal with either the Core Control or Hogue under an untucked t shirt. I did rig a pad on the bottom of a Nemesis holster for some grip tuck. That was more for carry comfort than conceal and I did it when I had only the wood factory grips.

So I threw the Hogues onto the K6s today and took it for a walk to the river. Gun was carried IWB under a tshirt in a Dara Minimalist. In general, concealment was on par with the stock grips, despite wearing a small day pack, picking up the kid and throwing him up on my shoulders, and scrambling around rocks chasing said kid...

Like most Bantams and as previous posters have mentioned, texture is nice and grippy, with a good palm swell. Even with quite a bit of sweat, did not notice any sticking on the shirt, but they would not be my grips of choice on my ankle or in a pocket. That said, I usually use the LCR for pocket or ankle carry anyways.
