PM insert image problem.

Trying to send PM with insert image option. When i click the insert image button I only get an option for URL. I do not get the option of select from computer files.
This has happened before and eventually corrected itself.
I have closed all browser windows, restarted my phone and still no option for select image from my computer.

I'm having this problem in posts (haven't tried PMs). Running Safari on Catalina. I click "choose image" and usually nothing happens. Once I got as far as the photo library, but the photo I wanted wasn't there (even though I could see it in Photos).

Everything works fine on my iPhone and iPad.
