There are tons on Nextdoor.com if you don't find something here.

Several. Ditched the bandana approach. Too hard to tie tight. Settled on a snug neck gator with feminine pads (they make them with adhesive!) stuck to the front as a filter/barrier. Seems solid. I can barely breathe when using it. ;) It may be too barrier. Best might be like in the Army recommendation in the post below. IDK, I'm not a mask engineer, I just wear one on TV.

Try TShirthell.com for masks. Their stuff is always entertaining.

Army's recommendation

https://www.armytimes.com/news/your-army/2020/04/24/army-researchers-say-this-is-the-best-material-for-a-homemade-face-mask-theyve-found-so-far/

"The best easy-to-find material for a homemade face covering to protect against coronavirus transmission is four-ply microfiber cloth, according to Army researchers at the service’s Combat Capabilities Development Command."

With that rig I'll bet you don't have any trouble with people crowding your social distancing space.

If ya have a beard that stuff will probably stick to you like velcro.

Face masks have now become fashion statements.

I'll be in my cave.

This is true. When I go for my runs I constantly see this high school kit who has a baby blue bandana he wears on his face that is matched by his baby blue hat and his baby blue shoes. The bandana is on all the time no matter if people are around or not, I call it covid chic.

Homemade masks will stop liquid droplets but will only filter about 2% of viruses. Prices and availability of N95 masks appear to be improving.

The overpriced KN95 masks I bought a few weeks ago seal less than perfectly at the top. I have found that a tissue along the top edge keeps my glasses from fogging.

I don't know if this has been peer-reviewed, but there was a study released last week on homemade masks:

The best material for homemade face masks may be a combination of two fabrics (https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2020/04/200424081648.htm)

One layer of a tightly woven cotton sheet combined with two layers of polyester-spandex chiffon -- a sheer fabric often used in evening gowns -- filtered out the most aerosol particles (80-99%, depending on particle size), with performance close to that of an N95 mask material.

My wife has sewn over 200 masks of all types. She's done several with the recommendations for maximum filtration and you can't even breath through the damn things if you are doing more activities other than sitting at a desk. I have my "feel good" mask that is simply a neck gator sewn from an old Under Armour heat gear shirt. I wear it when dealing with customers that are wearing masks to make them feel better. Otherwise I'm mask-less through the day.
