24 prior arrest and he is back on the street in no time. Officer female partner is pathetic,as you see in the Video.

New law was just signed by the mentally sick governor of NY, and already in effect De-facto,

City judges have begun to release many defendants who are charged with lower-level crimes (https://nypost.com/2019/12/28/suspects-released-without-bail-after-shocking-attacks-on-jews/) — in anticipation of a state bail reform measure due to take effect Jan. 1.

This is NYC today, I really see no future for this place with ultra progressive Liberal.

I'm really afraid this is the near future of our loved America.

I'd say it's pathetic but it's so much worse than that.

She should have buried half of that ASP in the dude’s asscrack and pried hard. That’d get his attention.

Rahman and other reformers argue that the vast majority of suspects in minor assaults are quickly released anyway — and that the new bail reform lets judges set conditions for release that can address the underlying mental health issues.

“That can be mental health counseling, a stay-away order, which wasn’t readily available before, as conditions for release,” said Rahman.

That will fix everything, because the mental health system does such a great job.

I couldn’t watch all of it. Did his partner ever go hands on? What was she waiting for? Talk about the time for a neck restraint

Any kind of “choke” will get an NYPD officer fired. Ask the officer from the Eric Garner incident.

She got her expandable baton out. That's about it. She either doesnt know how to use it, chose not to, or both. I wouldn't even classify what she did with it as a tap. Right now, this is manifesting as thug on thug and thug on cop. It's not going to be long before the thugs realize all the soft hipsters are easy pickings. And then it's going to be open season. The victims will get what they voted for.
