I thought the Harley was the 1911 of the motorcycle world- obsolescent, unreliable, expensive, and spends most of it's time locked away unused.

Mostly jokingly, the knee draggers I rode with refer to harleys as hardly ablesons. I still do if I hear a sport bike referred to as a crotch rocket.

Not jokingly, try to avoid being near an old school buell on a track day when the nearly inevitable engine meltdown occurs.
