If liberals are willing to give criminals free needles to reduce the epidemiological risks associated with illicit drug use, why not use the same logic to give criminals Taurus judges loaded with birdshot?

I never understood the needle thing - Wouldn’t it make more sense to give the various addicts of the world plenty of free, high quality, heroin? I mean alongside the needles.

It wouldn’t take very many needles and it would dramatically reduce demand for illicit narcotics. Could even eliminate the general need for things like narcan.

And wouldn’t the average criminal want a knife in lieu of a Judge? I’d prefer something reliable, personally. A piece of rebar or a brick might be better.
