When I run a tuckable (5 days a week) I carry the spare in the front left pocket (in a pocket mag carrier), or if running a BUG in that pocket, a tuckable AIWB mag carrier at 11 o'clock.

Don't need special pants.

After it gets stretched out from use it is quick and comfortable even with a 19+ magazine.
