For hunting or defence against bears can anyone suggest a good 10mm factory load?

There is no such thing as a "good" 10mm load for use against bears. That said, I use the Double Tap 200 grain FMJ-FP penetrator load in my Glock 20/29, because the Corbon and Buffalo Bore 200 grain penetrator loads do not feed reliably in my Glock 20 pistols.

Agree no 10mm for a bear. But the Hardcast lead for wood's use would be my choice coming from some long time guide's i know. Mike the owner of SwampFox ammo passed away last Nov. and so did his business. His ammo was my favorite of all BBore second and Mike McNett of Double Tap next.

I used to be into 10mm's alot. I remember Mike would not sell his full power to anyone with a G29 "unless they had a after maket barrel" Reason his ammo in a G29 stock he had to buy a couple G29's that KB. So in a all stock G29 he would down load the ammo some. I had a G20 and a Lonewolf barrel worked great with a ISMI 22# recoil spring on a stainless guide rod.

I wonder if you are thinking of hard cast loads and not the FMJ 200 grain penetrator load?

First, I have shot a bunch of it in multiple Glock 29's with no signs of overpressure, and second, the DT web site lists a velocity for the Glock 29 in the product info?
