I guess you blaze rounds into the air because you don't have flash-bangs?

Pro tip. Even when you're sure a suspect is down and secure, never sit on them in such a way that they could squirm around and bite your junk.

Clearly they need "more training" with a focus on "de-escalation."

I'd suggest they start with Marshall Rosenberg's Non-Violent Communication.
