Long story short, I caved and bought a CZ Scorpion pistol. Loooooooooove this thing. A friend of mine fired one, loved it and bought one of his own but he bought the micro version. I fired and loved that, but I figure I could just buy an Uzi Pro and forego the K conversion. Upon mentioning this, my friend said I should look into an MPA Defender. I know MPA are known for their rifles, but looking at the Defender, its essentially a MAC/Uzi clone (looking at the parts schematic) but with a much better trigger and cheaper. One runs off of Glock mags (which i have plenty of) and the cheaper model runs off Sten mags, which can be hard to find IIRC. Id probably opt for the Glock mag model.

I would like one as a range toy, or if proven reliable, pay the tax stamp for SBR along with my Scorpion. I cant find too much on these, so I gotta ask you fine folks; does anyone have experience with these, and if so, what is its track record?
