My shoulders are very tight from years of heavy workouts and now having problems with my shooting accuracy.
My wife watched me shooting at the range and said I looked so stiff and in pain.
Did this today a few times and my shoulders feel much better.
It's also good for Elbow pain..

A little bit of work with Indian Clubs before and after benching has helped me a bit with this lately.

You should try MobilityWOD.com. Kelly Starrett is a Dr of Physical Therapy who spec is sport med and mobility. His site has literally hundreds of videos re:diff body parts. He does seminars all over the US, CAN and EU. Just search what your interested in.
