In light of the discussion on the TLR7/8 switchology thread, thought this concept was interesting.

Phlster just released a lever kit for the X300 series that extends the toggles closer to the user for shooters with shorter fingers, or just looking for more positive engagement of the light. Looks different, and isn’t an issue I’ve personally thought needed fixing, but now I kinda want to try these out..... Thoughts?

Disclaimer: Jon is one of my dear friends and I knew about this product before it was launched. However, I really do think this is a clever solution. It comes with three different lengths for new switches so you can set up your X300 to reach exactly how you like it. For example, on my 92G the left side switch is a bit of a reach for my thumb, so a longer switch on the left side would make it easier for me to use the light in momentary mode.

Going from the picture only, it looks like my trigger finger would get hung up on the way to the trigger. It might not be a good thing for the proper placement of the finger on the trigger at speed.

The older x2/300's had longer levers. lots of guys complaining that the current lever is too short

You can mix and match the sizes, so you can leave your strong side stock and run the big switch on the weak side, which should dodge the issue.

I still have one 500 lumen X300U and the longer levers are easier to manipulate. I have experimented with putting the older battery cap/lever assembly on a new 1K lumen X300U and it works well for the record.
