I know there's been some discussion of trucks and bed covers here, but mostly I just wanted to share a great customer service story. In July of 2012 I bought a Tonno Pro folding cover for my Ram from Summit Racing. It's been a good cover and I've been satisfied with it.

This year it started to come apart at the corners as the stitching had worn out. I was considering replacing it, but the vinyl itself and the frame were fine, it just needed to be restitched. I remembered it came with a warranty and looked it up. It was a limited lifetime warranty on the frame, 10 years on the vinyl. I contacted the company about repairs and they offered to just send me a replacement. I sent them a copy of the original invoice (which Summit Racing was able to provide me, although I think I've got a copy on my old computer), pictures of the broken stitching, and my contact info. They said they'd send me a new one in 3-5 business days. I got it in 3 via FedEx.

I see they've made a few changes to the cover since I originally bought mine. There's now a rubber flap on the front that slopes down toward the cab sealing off the bed from any water that were to splash up there better. I never had leaks there anyway, but a bit of extra insurance won't hurt. The front clamps are now easier to adjust as well. Cosmetically, there is now a small logo on the back of the cover and there's a serial number on one of the tie downs. I could do without the little logo, I didn't pay attention if it's sewn or glued on but it doesn't bother me enough to remove.

I also got another "promo box" inside with cleaner, the little "TonnoTorch" light that sticks to the side of your bed and lets you light up the inside, and now a pair of gloves as well. I'm not sure why they give you gloves, but hey, free work gloves.

All in all, I'm really quite satisfied with the cover and the way the company has treated me over the years.
