I never understood this. If you really want to test it, put it on the ground and shoot it. Why do these idiots always wear them when they test them. Also, vests are expensive and he has compromised its integrity. Now he needs to buy a new one. This is just an all around endless cycle of fucking stupid no matter how you look at it.
