I’ve had very good luck with them in the past. I have not purchased from them in some time.

180gr @ 1059 fps doesn’t seem the least bit impressive for 10mm - I am still sitting on 600 rounds of GA Arms .40S&W 180gr x 1000 fps ammo (180 Power Factor) from many years ago.

I first assumed overpressure, but looking at the fired primers around 3:05 I don’t see sigs of primer flattening or primer flow where the firing pin struck the primer. I also have no idea how hard those primer cups are, but there is no obvious sign of overpressure other than the case splits.

My guess would be a combination of a faster-than-optimal powder combined with an issue with the brass cases.

The chamber of the gun used might be a contributing factor.

That’s about all I can come up with.

Search "prograde brass" and you'll find this isn't new. They've had some runs of brittle cases.

Another reason to stick to big-factory factory ammo.

Prograde brass is to brass what Promag is to magazines. Run away from both.

What gun are you shooting those out of?
