I have done straight drops too, but right now I carry at around 1:30-2:00 and the cant works perfect. I will definitely be giving the new appendix rig a workout too, but that will be in the future :cool:

Yes, it is new, but I am still trying to figure out the best angle (although I may offer a couple options for cant). This style is extremely stable, but you can't stack 2 of them close together on your belt (but I am not sure you would ever want to anyway). I made another prototype that would allow you to stack 2 very closely on the belt, but they aren't as solid on the belt, and 2 mags with that much cant still take up a lot of realestate.

That holster really looks great! I like the magazine set up as well and could see where it would have a valid place in terms of carrying appendix style. Seeing you only have a "blue" gun, if you want to sell, I am sure you would have a buyer (wink,wink) fairly easy. I am just saying......

I'm loving that mag holder for my P30LS!....production time and price please for the most durable leather/skin for hot and humid Texas weather (we sweat our butts off down here for 9 1/2 months). If you would like I can PM you my e-mail.

IMO John is in the tier 1 category when it comes to leather holster makers. Several years ago I had him make me a couple IBS holsters for a Glock 19, 17, and 5" 1911. Except when required, I have never used another holster since. They are that good. I used to go through holsters like underwear, but not anymore. The only other holster I kept was an Alessi PCH that Lou made just for me with my name on it. His work is easily as good as any leather maker out there, and his delivery times have always been reasonable.

That said, none of you are allowed to call him and order anything until I get my next order in. I want to try out a AIWB holster:cool:

Do you think he would let us call in and order something that is not even an "official" product yet? Screw it, I am gonna try on Monday! John N, maybe you will get to see it in September after all.

That looks spectacular. I am in awe of your work. I would it looks like it was specially crafted for it by a master... but we know that part already.

That work is simply stunning.

This forum alerted me to 5 Shot Leather. The combination of the obvious quality of the work and he fact that John is a true gentleman to deal with, has cemented for me the fact that I will be ordering from him ASAP. He has taken the time to answer all my email questions an very quickly at that. He even replied on a Saturday which was not necessary but appreciated.
