I was impressed to see that these have been adopted by New Zealand, Norway, and Israel.

The MRAD is about 90% of the AXMC's build and performance at 2/3 the cost, making it the value choice for most shooters looking at higher end bolt actions for field tactical work. I think that the AXMC has a better action and overall build but most people (myself included) will not be able to appreciate that performance difference or turn it into measurable difference on target.
